Amee is a Corporate Director and retired Retail/Tech Executive.
Amee has extensive board experience across the private and public organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Air Canada, Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp., an international generation, transmission and distribution utility company, and Fortune Brands Innovations. Prior to becoming a Director, Amee held divisional CEO or leadership roles at companies such as Waymo (Google), Alibaba, Staples and Wal-Mart. She began her career as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Amee is passionate about girls, technology and education. She is an active volunteer with the Girl Guides locally, and recently completed her term as a member of the Global Board of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.
Amee relocated back to Vancouver in 2023, after having lived and worked across four continents during her career. She has a BBA from Simon Fraser University, an MS from the London School of Economics and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
