Mr. Joel Solomon is the founder and CEO of Joel Solomon Company and Independent Investments, President of Renewal Partners and Chair of Renewal Funds, Canada’s largest social venture capital firm, with $98m assets under management. He has experience pioneering an integrated use of capital for social impact, which is now growing as a strategy for deep mission investors.
He is a Senior Advisor with RSF Social Finance and a Lead Producer of their Integrated Capital Fellowship Program.
Joel is a Founding Member of Social Venture Network, Business for Social Responsibility, and the Tides Canada Foundation. He is Board Chair of Hollyhock.
Joel is co-author of The Clean Money Revolution, a call to move trillions of dollars from damaging to regenerative use.
