Dr. Sandy Hilton is Associate Dean, Teaching & Learning, and Associate Professor of Teaching at The University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Management.
Dr. Hilton joined the Faculty of Management in 2007 as one of seven inaugural faculty members before departing in 2013 to lead the national development of the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) professional education programs as Vice-President, Pre-certification Education. Dr. Hilton was recruited back to the Faculty of Management in 2019.
In addition to his service on the Board, Dr. Hilton is actively involved at UBC including serving on the Okanagan Senate.
Dr. Hilton holds a Doctorate in Accounting from the University of Waterloo and recently completed the ICD.D designation with the Institute of Corporate Directors.
