Mr. Dallas Leung is the Vice President, Finance & Administration at Global Container Terminals (GCT), a container terminal operator on the West Coast of Canada playing a pivotal role in facilitating international trade between Canada and more than 170 world economies through the operation of two terminals – GCT Deltaport and GCT Vanterm. Dallas is responsible for the accounting, financial planning & analysis, procurement, risk management and administration for GCT, which has been recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.
Dallas received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia. In his pursuit of lifelong learning, Dallas is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) and Chartered Director (C. Dir).
In addition to serving on the Board of Governors, Dallas also serves on the boards of Coast Mental Health and YMCA BC Foundation. He was previously the Chair of the YMCA of Greater Vancouver and Vice-Chair of the UBC Alumni Association.
