In accordance with the Board’s meeting rules, members of the public who wish to attend an open, in-person Board or Committee meeting must register by email to board.secretariat@ubc.ca at least two business days in advance of the meeting. The number of visitors that can be accommodated at open meetings is limited by space availability; seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
